These terms govern your use of Half Played Games. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, policy violations, unlawful behavior, or security risks.
You remain responsible for the content you post (comments, submissions, images). You must have the necessary rights for all uploaded content.
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display and process it for operating the platform.
We may moderate, reject, or remove content that violates law, rights of others, or platform rules.
Contributor participation is voluntary and can require editorial review before publication. Acceptance to the program does not create an employment relationship.
Contributor permissions may be revoked if quality, legal, or policy requirements are not met.
You must not misuse the service, including:
- harassment, hate speech, spam, fraud, or illegal activity,
- attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls,
- uploading malicious code or infringing third-party rights.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim for stable operation and will apply reasonable maintenance and security measures.
We are liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages where legally permitted.
Mandatory statutory liability (including for injury to life, body, health, and product liability) remains unaffected.
